Download HamikVPN

Open Settings → Apps → Special app access → Install unknown apps. Select the browser or file manager used to open the APK and enable Allow from this source. Return to HamikVPN.apk and install it. Turn this permission off again afterwards.

If Google offers to scan an unknown app, start the scan and wait for the result. A harmful-app warning is different from a scan request: if a threat is detected, stop and send the exact message to support. You do not need to turn off Play Protect globally to install the app.

On your personal Samsung device, Auto Blocker may prevent APK installation: Settings → Security and privacy → Auto Blocker. If you decide to install the verified official APK, temporarily turn it off and restore it after installation. On Xiaomi, Redmi and Poco, wait for any displayed countdown and confirm only the verified file. An administrator must handle restrictions on a managed device.

Check free storage and download the APK again in case the transfer was incomplete. For a compatibility error, check Android version and device architecture: a compatible build is required. Update with the official APK over the existing app. A different signing key or an older version can prevent an update; contact support before uninstalling so you can preserve access and local settings.

This is a separate system request on first connection, not an installation error. Approve it only for the HamikVPN app you opened yourself. Ordinary installation does not require USB debugging or developer mode.

Check that HamikVPN_x64-setup.exe came from hamik.site. Open file Properties and check its digital signature if present. An unknown-reputation warning alone proves neither safety nor malware. Only if you trust the verified official file and these buttons are available, choose More info → Run anyway. Stop and contact support if malware is reported or no override button is offered.

The installer may request permission to install the VPN service. Select Yes only for the official installer you started yourself. If an administrator password is required, the device owner or administrator must enter it. Running as administrator does not override security controls or organisational policy.

On a personal PC without S mode, open Settings → Apps → Advanced app settings → Choose where to get apps. On Windows 10 this may be under Apps & features. Select an option allowing apps outside Microsoft Store, install the official file and restore the previous restriction if desired.

S mode prevents installing a normal EXE outside Microsoft Store. If you deliberately choose to leave S mode, open Settings → System → Activation → the S mode section → Microsoft Store and follow the free switching procedure. Switching is permanent; there is no ordinary switch to return to S mode. Do not buy a Windows upgrade for this. On a managed PC, contact its administrator.

Smart App Control has no per-app exception. Do not disable Defender, antivirus or all protection, and do not exclude your entire Downloads folder. For quarantine, a detected threat or an administrator restriction, save the message and contact support or your administrator; a compatible or signed build may be needed.

Our x64 installer requires a compatible 64-bit Windows system. Check Settings → System → About → System type. A 32-bit Windows or ARM device needs an appropriate supported build; renaming the file will not fix this. Download the installer again from the official page if the transfer was incomplete.
